Unique Design
Our rooms were intelligently planned and lovingly furnished by Lina Kuchenbecker (Atelier Cedrat). Each room is different and together they tell the story of our house, where we live and work together and where sustainability and resource conservation are important.
Life in the Grätzl
Our house is located in the triangle between the Prater, Augarten and Danube. And thus in direct proximity to the UNO-City, St. Stephen's Cathedral, Messe Wien or Schwedenplatz, which can be reached on foot, by streetcar or subway in just a few minutes. Here in the Nordbahnviertel, one of the largest urban development areas in Europe in a direct central location, historic and modern Vienna, Wilhelminian style houses and high-rise buildings, densely built-up areas, green spaces and the Danube merge into a uniquely charming Viennese blend.

Questions & Answers
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-In: from 15:00, Check-Out: until 11:00.
You check in with us completely autonomously. All you need for access is your personal safe code that you have received by email. The key safe is located opposite the main entrance to HausWirtschaft. On departure, please leave the key on the marked shelf next to your completed registration form and close the door behind you.
How long is it possible to cancel a booking free of charge?
Free cancellation is possible up to three days before arrival at 4 pm. Please send us an email at [email protected].
How can I get there using public transport?
The terminal station of streetcar line O, “Bruno-Marek-Allee”, is directly in front of our building. Buses 11A and 11B (Holubstraße) and streetcar line 2 (Rebhanngasse) are also only 5 minutes away.
Is it possible to get baby cribs?
We are happy to provide you with baby cribs free of charge. Please inform us about this in advance.
Is there a refrigerator and a kettle?
All our rooms have a fridge and a kettle with which you can make your own coffee and tea. We provide a selection of tea and instant coffee free of charge.
Is there a hairdryer?
Yes, all rooms come with a hairdryer in your bathroom.
What's the wifi password?
WiFi is provided in all rooms free of charge.

Can I contact the staff via telephone?
Yes! We're available at +43 1 348 1600. Our Team will gladly help you with anything you need.
Is breakfast included?
You can make your own coffee and tea in our rooms. A full breakfast is not included, but delicious options are available nearby, e.g. at the Gragger bakery or at Café Vogel on Bruno-Marek-Allee (including Sundays and public holidays).
Where can I park my car?
You will find parking spaces around HausWirtschaft (short-term parking zone). If you need a parking space in our garage, please let us know via [email protected]. We will inform you about costs and availability. You will find another garage 5 minutes away from us at the Pensionistenheim, Engerthstr. 154, 1020 Vienna.
Is there a smoking area?
Smoking is not permitted in the entire house, please only smoke outside.
How do I get to the city centre using public transport?
You can plan your route using the Wiener Linien website. The “Bruno-Marek-Allee” streetcar station is located directly in front of the building. Tickets are best purchased in advance in the Wiener Linien online store, at any subway station or at a service point.
